This website is run by BITS Hub AI Pty Ltd, an Australian company trading as RaeyLink. This policy covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover video processed by RaeyLink in a store.

When you book a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, store name, camera count, blind spots, preferred day and time, and any message.

To prevent spam and abuse we also record your browser's user-agent and a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and keep a record of that conversation. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Enquiries are stored with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email, database and customer-relationship tools. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only use providers with appropriate security.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@raeylink.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
